Jerry Rose used the grand architecture of Saint Monica’s Church in New York and the legendary Plaza Hotel as a canvas for creative inspiration for this fairy tale wedding.

The interior of the church was redolent with roses, Casablanca lilies and orchids and shapely topiaries. Each pew was dressed with custom lace and satin ties, adorned with white roses. A custom runner bore the initials of the bride and groom. The bride’s orchid bouquet was beribboned in creamy satin with an ancestral rosary.

For the wedding reception Jerry conceived and choreographed artistic design components that rivaled the beauty of the flowers. The scope of his vision was brought to life with dramatic lighting in shades of gold and amber, which became an integral part of the ambiance. Sequined cloths, custom gold edge napkins and red glass goblets that refracted the light with just the right pop of color.
